Why we love cruising!

Happiness is spending as much time as possible on a cruise!  People ask us why we love Long  Transatlantic cruises..... hmmmmmmmm let me count the ways

Movies under the stars!   What could be better than Popcorn and a hot toddy at sea!

( no we did't take in a cruise in that ole thing....but it sure was cute, and used in the 60's)


We have met a lot of people....

 Dining in an olive grove   Turkey

( I think we had been there 3 hours!)


And have been able to live like the Locals!

Not sure what we ate, but it was the best we ever had!

 Shopping in Cairo,,,,boy would I liked to have brought one of these rugs home!

Drinking local beers....( I don't have enough space for all the pictures of the local pubs! HaHa)

 Our cute local guide in Scotland....He taught us the meaning of the song...you take the high road, I'll take the low road....I still cry every time I listen to it.

Orkney Islands....It was freezing there, and we had to pop in to warm up......
Best beer we had! and we learned to love Toasty sandwiches that day....
